Jacob Austin Films captured the full weekend, from the rehearsal dinner through the final pedicab exit at 11 PM on the wedding night. A wedding day that included a first look, a ceremony under a 40x100 clear-top tent on the trellis lawn, cocktail hour with alpacas and a Tom Petty cover band, dinner with live strings, and a reception with Stratosphere that ended with a karaoke break and late-night french fries. We coordinated directly with Alex Moreau and the Ruet Photo photography team throughout the day, operating through a single point of contact to keep the production seamless for the couple and their families. With 334 guests, four bands, and a ceremony-to-reception transition, the approach was built around being present everywhere without being visible anywhere.
