I'm so happy to present your feature film to you. Without overwhelming you with extras all at once, I wanted to make sure you had a chance to view your film first. I poured a lot of heart and soul into this film and I hope that it is a true representation of you and your day. You have the opportunity to make change requests regarding audio used, people in clips, and music.
If you would like to request a change let me know a good timecode. For example:
"01:48 - Can we swap out this guest, they were a plus one."
One thing you will find missing is the Super 8mm portion of the film. That is on me! I sent out your film to get developed a few months ago and they have been slow to get back with me on it. I should have sent it out much sooner than I did, so for that I apologize! I will update the film with your additional footage once I finally receive it.
Once you've viewed it enough time feel free to shoot me an email with any change requests. If there are many, we might take a few days to get it back to you to review again. Just as a reminder, you get two free rounds of changes. If you give us 6 changes, that counts as one round. After three rounds, there will be additional fees per round. We hope that you enjoy your film without any changes, but we are also committed to providing you with the film of your dreams and sometimes that means making changes.
After all changes have been made and final film has been approved, we will send you a download link as well as an instantly shareable link. This way you can upload your film wherever you'd like or share with our link as soon as you want. We keep all of our footage, if there is ever a time you need a new copy, just let us know. There may be a fee for pulling it, but we will let you know upfront.
